Renae Sands has a wealth of knowledge in Business Operations consulting with small to medium businesses to create growth, manage expenses more effectively and significantly increase efficiencies and profits. Her expertise is in the area of sales, understanding and motivating staff, team building, business operations, leadership and management.

Renae’s 30 years of experience stems from both corporate, as an executive, to hands on multi-site management of 16 businesses with over 1100 staff and contractors combined with board positions including President of the Board of Fitness Queensland and owner of a retail chain. Having received prestige awards such as the ‘Roll of Honour’ for her lifetime commitment and dedication to the development of the Health & Fitness Industry, she’s represented Industries on a number of advisory and steering committees such as the Gold Coast TAFE and the Gold Coast City Council Economic & Tourism Task-force and has been instrumental in ensuring quality standards and training throughout the varying industries.
